Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Deluge Forge: the editor extension, the browser extension, the native messaging host and MCP server they install, and the website and licence service at forge.inventora.digital (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Inventora Digital ("we", "us"). The software is also licensed to you under the End User License Agreement ("EULA") shipped with it; if the two conflict about the software, the EULA prevails. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By signing in or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf, and "you" includes that company.
1. What Deluge Forge does
Deluge Forge lets you pull, edit, push and run Zoho Deluge functions of Zoho organizations you can access, from your editor or through an AI assistant connected to its MCP server. It works by reusing the Zoho session of your own signed-in browser on your own computer. Deluge Forge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Zoho Corporation Private Limited.
2. Account and sign-in
- You sign in with a Google account whose email Google has verified. Keep it secure: what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use your licence.
- You must be at least 18 and use the Service for professional purposes.
3. Trials, approval and licences
- Installing the extensions does not grant access. Access is approved by us, and a trial runs for the period we set when we approve it. We may decline or end a trial at our discretion.
- A licence is active on one device at a time. You may move it to another device, within limits we apply to prevent abuse, and we email you each time it moves.
- The software checks your licence with our service periodically and keeps working offline for a short grace period. When a trial or licence ends or is revoked, the software stops working with Zoho; the files on your computer stay where they are.
- We may require you to update the software to keep using it, for example to fix a security issue.
4. Fees
Trials are free. We will announce paid plans, their prices and their terms before charging anything, and no paid plan starts without your explicit agreement.
5. Your use of Zoho
- Use Deluge Forge only with Zoho organizations and data you are authorized to access, and within your agreement with Zoho, which governs your use of Zoho's services. We are not a party to it.
- Deluge Forge can write to and run functions in live Zoho organizations. Review every change before applying it, test in a sandbox where possible, and keep your own backups. You are responsible for what you push and execute, including actions an AI assistant takes through the MCP server at your request.
- If you connect an AI assistant, the code and data it reads are sent to its provider by your client, under your own agreement with that provider.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- bypass, disable or tamper with sign-in, licence, device or update checks, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, or share your account or licence;
- use the Service to access data or organizations without authorization, to break the law or Zoho's terms, or to harm Zoho's or anyone else's systems;
- overload or attack our service, or use it to build a competing product.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you. Please do not include secrets, client data or personal data of others in feedback messages.
8. Our rights
The Service, the software and the Deluge Forge name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence in the EULA. Your code and your Zoho data remain yours.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error free, in particular because it depends on Zoho, browsers and editors that may change without notice. We may change or discontinue features. We will tell you in advance of changes that materially reduce what you are paying for.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users, and we will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. Sections 5, 8, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
11. Disclaimer
Except as the law requires, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, including from changes made in Zoho organizations through the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code where it applies, or liability for wilful misconduct.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the product at least 15 days before they apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before that date.
14. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of São Paulo, SP, except where the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to your own domicile.
15. Trademarks
Zoho and Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator are trademarks of Zoho Corporation Private Limited and/or its affiliates. Visual Studio Code is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.
